Chicken fricassee
I don’t recommend this recipe. When I tried it I was disappointed, possibly because of the condensed soup.
Ingredients
- Cooked chicken cut off the bones (about one chicken portion)
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 can Campbell’s condenced chicken soup
- 15ml cooking oil
A large frying pan with a lid.
Method
- Chop the onion and carrot
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry gently for 5 minutes until soft.
- Add the chicken and the soup, stir
- Bring to the boil, turn down the heat to very low
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
- Cook the rice
