Chicken fricassee

I don’t recommend this recipe. When I tried it I was disappointed, possibly because of the condensed soup.

Ingredients

A large frying pan with a lid.

Method

  1. Chop the onion and carrot
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry gently for 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add the chicken and the soup, stir
  4. Bring to the boil, turn down the heat to very low
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Cook the rice
