Chicken, leek and lentil casserole

Plate of chicken, leek and lentil casserole I had some chicken pieces and some leeks to use, so I made this. The lentils were in the cupboard and I hadn't used any before, so I threw some in! The vegetables can easily be changed if desired.

Serves 3–4. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Cooking time: 1½h.

Set oven to 200°C (fan oven: 180°C)

Serve with long-grain rice.
