Curry
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast*
- 1 tblspn cooking oil
- 1⁄3 jar
chicken korma
or similar
Method
- Wash chicken
- Cut the chicken into cubes
- Heat oil, gently fry the chicken until golden brown
- Stir in the sauce
- Turn down to simmer, cover and cook for 15–20 minutes stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick!
- Cook rice
*1 jar of sauce is enough for 4 people, i.e. 4 chicken breasts = 1 jar sauce. Rinse the jar with 4cm water and add to pan.
