Pasta bake
Ingredients
- 75g pasta
- salt
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- (vegetables) e.g. onion, carrot
- Cheese to taste (lump)
Method
- Grate cheese
- Saute the vegetables — wash, slice and fry them for 5 minutes
- Turn heat very low, cover and simmer until soft — about 5–10 minutes
- Cook pasta in boiling water, 10 minutes
- Drain pasta
- Mix pasta, vegetables and sauce — stir gently, don’t break the pasta!
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Serve
Or:
- Put in a dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese goes a bit golden
- Serve
