Pasta bake

Method

  1. Grate cheese
  2. Saute the vegetables — wash, slice and fry them for 5 minutes
  3. Turn heat very low, cover and simmer until soft — about 5–10 minutes
  4. Cook pasta in boiling water, 10 minutes
  5. Drain pasta
  6. Mix pasta, vegetables and sauce — stir gently, don’t break the pasta!
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top
  8. Serve

Or:

  1. Put in a dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese goes a bit golden
  2. Serve
