Method

  1. Heat oil
  2. Fry vegetables for 5 minutes until soft
  3. Add rice and fry for 2 minutes
  4. Add stock cube and water, stir
  5. Bring to the boil
  6. (Add tomato puree)
  7. Add meat
  8. Turn down to simmer
  9. Cover and cook for 15 mins
  10. Serve
