Sandwiches
- Sliced bread (wholemeal or white), bread rolls or baguette
- Butter or margarine
- Cheese + pickle + cucumber
- Egg + salad cream
- Ham + cucumber + salad
- Bacon + tomato ketchup
- Tuna + salad cream + tomato
- Corned beef + pickle
- Marmite + cucumber
- Salad + any of the above
- Cooked chicken
- Peanut butter
- Jam at the end of the month when you're poor or when you get up late
Remember to spread the butter right to the edges or the crust goes dry. Place in a sandwich bag and add a tomato and a piece of fruit for a healthy lunch!
